1. If this guy is for real why didn’t he publish a colored full page ad since he claims he can increase one’s money. It seems he can increase others’ money but not his 🙂

Its Not Legal ! my friend is a lawyer and he told me that he once saw a case about such a thing and it actually went all the way to court and the man who was puting the add went to jail for 3 years ! yep ! and the news paper had some drastic procedures from the court ! so as an answer for your question IS IT LEGAL !? No its NOT !
